There is no 100% cure for migraines! The reasons we get migraine headaches is still not fully understood. Most scientists believe that it is caused by chemical changes in the blood vessels within the brain, or at least by the effects to the brain of these chemical changes.

The best methods for migraine relief involve the following...
- Relaxing in a dark quiet room
- Sometimes vomiting seems to aid in the migraine relief
- Consuming migraine/headache tablets
- Drinking water
- Massage to the forehead/head/neck areas

(Personally, I have always found it neccessary to relax laying down in a dark/sound proof type room for a few hours after taking some headache tablets on top of some form of food, such as toast, biscuits and a hot cup of milo or coffee)
