After waiting for approx. 3 and a half months after selling our home at Burpengary, we finally saw some movement on Lot 51 ...   These photos were taken on Tuesday morning, 16.10.07, as I was asked to meet Justin from Metricon Homes, who will be our site supervisor during construction. As the 3rd largest home builder in Australia at the moment, Metricon have around 15 homes currently on the go in this estate!

Our block and the neighbours' block were leveled around the same time by a bobcat, ready for the foundations to be layed.

On Friday, 19.10.07, much of the piping and preparations for the slab were under way. We even have a temporary meter/power box at this point    ... Actually I remember them doing that at Burpengary on my first home 8 years ago.

As you can see, there are many other houses under construction along Raynbird Place.
