This is the prada 35 display home at Reedy Creek, near the Gold Coast. The colours may not be the same as per our house eventually, but the rooms and general design is the same. We have requested many inclusions and extras as we want the house to be of a high quality and filled with advanced technology... within reason of course - no space shuttle launches from here!

This is the view from just inside the front door. The study is to the left and main bedroom also the left (Doors can not be seen) and the garage is to the right (Door to the right). Door to the left is the walk in linen closet.

Our master bedroom with the ensuite and the huge walk-in robe are a little hidden. Annie and I will certainly enjoy our double vanity ensuite and double showers with hand held shower rails. 

Our front living area is very similiar to the front "freedom furniture" lounge we had at burpengary. 

This shot is taken from the family room, looking past the kitchen and dining areas toward the front door. 

A lot of money is being spent in the kitchen area with the granite bench tops, large oven and walk-in pantry with kitchen island area. At least in this house, we can look out somewhere interesting such as the kids play area outside or out into the outdoor alfresco area while working at the kitchen sink. 

That is one large oven and rangehood cover. 

Not sure about those colours, but our family room will just be for the kids to play in, while the front living area is more for adults to chat, while the media room (door to the top right) will be for large screen TV etc... 

The outdoor Alfresco area will be probably tiled and have a water feature plus spa bath. I am hoping to put in a large LCD TV mounted off one of the walls! 

The Bi-Fold doors are interesting...
